ALL THIS OVER A LOUSY "WOODCHUCK" (locally they call it "the rat")
yes....Suzy and I departed Stephens City at 2;03am Saturday morning, arriving Punxy at 5:55am and sneaked up a dirt road to within eyesight of Gobbler's Knob (20,000 others had to come from town by school bus). Fortified against the cold with hot cocoa and layers, we greeted the furry rascal at 7:27am. Breakfast at the Elks club, a walking tour of the grimey PA coal town, then four hours back. Why? Suzies birthday, every Feb 2, deja vu, deja vu, deja vu.
