Small farms just don't make it in Eagle City, OK. Don,t know how to pronounce that name on the combine, but it didn,t survive.

July 19-22 provided us a summer respite with Laura, Lindsay, Sophie, and Charlie in Kennebunk, ME.

Sunrise walks on the beach (avec dogs) and sunset thunder storms from the porch (sans dogs) made the delightful days of pool fun, pub fun, and sun fun, all the more memorable

Seagulls attacking our pizza in Old Orchard Beach called for evasive action.

Suzanne coined this term when restaurant service is "less than desirable".

Now Burger King has created a new fast food meal. It does look "like a dog's breakfast"

Maybe it's a bowl I can avoid!

To the mountains!!! Blue Ridge Parkway for a day trip. Just ahead of the rain.

Canoe....with paddles!

With a canoe...AND paddles, we journeyed to Burke Lake, VA. Tululah proved she could do the dog paddle when a passing duck proved too attractive. Alas the duck was faster than the dog!
